now that i have shot all of my weddings for 2009, except a new year's eve wedding, its time to look back at an awesome wedding season. over the next few weeks i'll be posting weddings/engagements from 2009.

first up is diana & jean-eric. their ceremony was at the Saint Elias Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral and the reception was held at the Hellenic Ottawa Meeting and Reception Centre.

i know, where have i been?? i have been getting emails asking if i was ok because of my lack of blogging. well its been a crazy start to the wedding season and i have been shooting lots and i have a bunch to share.

so lets start off with celine & ed. you may remember their mt. tremblant engagement shoot back in april. celine and ed were married back in may in rockland at the Paroise Tres Sainte Trinite de Rockland Catholic Church and the had their reception at the hampton inn ottawa. the day was coordinated/planned by the awesome mariam of top marx.

i'm back!! sorry for the lack of posts lately. i've been working on my skills and trying to process all the new info i learned at the yy3 workshop in kansas.

anyway, now i am back and have some new engagement shots to show. its going to be getting busy here on the blog as wedding season has officially begun.

Stephanie & Travis | Engagement in Ottawa

another engagement post for you blog watchers!! you'll be seeing lots of engagement posts over the next couple months as i'll be shooting at least 1 every week from now till august!!

stephanie and travis were in town visiting from sudbury, so i met up with them downtown for their engagement shoot. it was a chilly day but we managed to grab some cool shoots. i'll be shooting their wedding this august in almonte.

here is another engagement session that i had with andrea and bryan back in february. andrea is a student at the Nepean National Equestrian Park here in ottawa and decided that it would be a cool location for an engagement shoot.

happy new year!! i hope everyone had a great holiday and are getting ready to get back to work. i have had one of the longest holidays ever this year, 2 whole weeks off!! i'm fully re-charged and excited for 2009. i just hope that 2009 is as good as 2008 was.

another engagement for ya!! i actually shot this engagement last night. joan-ann and derek are getting married in 2 weeks in fairmont le chateau montebello.
