hello all,

its been a tough week as i have been battling a cold and trying to get settled into the new place. i had some time to edit some pics of eric's first birthday which took place last sunday. he had some of his homie's over to celebrate, my trigger finger still hurts as i could stop shooting these little cuties. i'll be showing a full slideshow of eric's first year of pictures in the next couple weeks, i had so much fun taking his pictures over this year, i cannot believe how fast it has gone by.

hello all,

as some of you may noticed, the web site was down over the holiday weekend. my domain name expired and i wasn't notified of the expiry date. everything now seems to be in working order. if any of you have emailed me over the past few days could you please resend, sorry for the inconvenience.

also, we moved into our new home over the weekend. once we get settled i'll post some pics. oh i forgot to mention that chantale and i are married as well!! stayed tuned for photos. i hope everyone had a great easter weekend!!

vegas day two

hey guys,

sorry for such the delay between blog posts. we lost our wireless connection from our room and we are too busy winning money (NOT) and have not been able to get to the pool with macbook and grab the wireless.

anyway we have been having a blast!! so far we have won some money, checked out jay leno show, took a helicopter over the grand canyon, drove around in a hummer in the mojave desert and most importantly spent time with family and friends.

i have not been taking many pictures the last couple days. i hope to get some shots in and around the strip the next couple, i have an engagement session on wednesday with a couple friends who wedding is this august. we thought that vegas would be a cool place to shoot there engagement. so a little work while on vacation, but i love my job so no complaining here.

anyway here are a few from the helicopter/hummer tour. i didn't have much time in the grand canyon so i only was able to grab a couple shots, it was hard shooting from the helicopter.

vegas day one

hello everyone,

its been a crazy couple days here in las vegas. the weather has been beautiful with a steady +23 celcius, sorry for the people who are shoveling back home :(

anyway day one was amazing. i knew it was going to be a great day when chantale booked me my very first swedish massage at the westin. it was unbelieveable, i highly recommend everyone go get a massage, i feel 10 yrs younger. after the massage i headed off to go pick our rental car, i surprised chantale with a porsche boxter which we cruised around vegas and the red rock canyon. late friday night we had tickets to go see jay leno at the mirage, the show was awesome but i was completely wiped after.

the porsche, i actually thought it would be fun to drive. it cornered really well and was quick, but once you got the needle close to 100 mph she started to shake a little. its probably because its a rental and everyone drives the crap out of it.

hello everyone,

well its finally here. it seems like yesterday chantale and i were first engaged, it was actually september 2006 when i popped the question. anyway we get married in just 9 days and i am now having a pre-flight beer and some blogging here in the ottawa airport, i leave in 30mins. i am going to try and post everyday while away so you can all tune into our vacation. tomorrow chantale and i have a car rented and we are going to tour around vegas, the red rock canyon and the valley of fire. should be a good day for photos. we also have jay leno tickets for tomorrow night!!

i hope you guys in ottawa don't get buried in another snow storm over the weekend!!

michele + eric = the wedding

hello all,

well i just finished up a few images of michele and eric's wedding that was held at the west carleton. i wanted to post a few before we head to vegas so i'm going to keep this short. here are a few that caught my eye, please check back in early april for the sildeshow!! thanks michele and eric for the night cap, it was a great way to end a great day!!
