tiffany + scott = wedding slideshow

bonjour all,

last saturday i drove up to arnprior for tiffany and scott's amazing wedding. they had the ceremony at the o'brien theatre, the first time a wedding has been held there. after the ceremony the bridal party jumped on the bytown trolley and toured around arnprior with a few stops along the way for some photo ops. after all the pictures we headed up to renfrew for the reception that was held at the 433 rcaf wing auditorium. the wedding had a movie theme and tiffany created these awesome movie posters.

rae + dan = lifestyle shoot

last sunday i had the pleasure of meeting rae and dan. rae and dan have been married six years and wanted to have some lifestyle portraits done. these sessions are so much fun and i love doing them. here are a few of my favorites.

nicole + steve = wedding slideshow

hello all,

i'm starting to have writers block, maybe because its 12:09 AM.. i promised nicole and steve i would have the slideshow posted by thursday and it looks like i may be a few minutes late.

nicole and steve had a beautiful wedding that was held at the st. patricks basilca on the corner of kent and nepean here in the best city in the world ottawa. the reception was held at the W0s/Sgts, Chiefs and P0s' Mess, i also shot alison + pat's reception at the mess.

being a photographer you get to witness so many beautiful moments and hear so many funny stories. i just love capturing the emotion from the friends and families faces while listening to the speeches. nicole and steve had some great moments, lots of teary eyes and big smiles.

again thanks goes out to nicole and steve for giving me the best seat in the house to capture you wedding story.

oh yeah, the play button is not the one you see in the center of the bottom menu bar of the slideshow, its on the bottom left. mouse over it and it should say 'Play'. now turn up the music and watch, the slideshow has more impact with the music.

alison + patrick = the wedding slideshow

hello everyone,

i'm so lucky to spend just about every saturday with so many happy and loving people. the only drawback sometimes is i don't get to spend many weekends with my soon to be wife (chantale). anyway this past weekend she tagged along for alison and patricks wedding to play assistant and did an awesome job, everytime i was looking for a new lens she was there and had it ready, it made my day flow so much easier..i didn't sweat half as much as i normally do.

i am so glad alsion and patrick choose me to photograph their awesome wedding that was held W0s/Sgts, Chiefs and P0s' Mess here in ottawa. it is a great place to have a wedding reception, so close to downtown gave us lots of different shooting options. i'm actually shooting another wedding this coming weekend at the same location. cannot wait, great ceiling to bounce my flash!!

alison and patrick are off honeymooning in VEGAS!! i hope you guys found a wireless connection for the laptop and i hope you enjoy the show.

please leave some money in vegas so chantale and i can win some early next year!!

email problems

hello everyone,

it seems that i have been having some email issues. if anybody has sent me an email and has not heard from me from over a week, then could you please re-send. i am so sorry and i have not been avoiding you, just some techincal issues between my mac and pc. they have been fighting over email and the pc(bad) has been wiping out my emails before the mac(good) reads them. i have been trying to use my mac only for email but sometimes the pc goes behind my back and checks my mail and deletes it..i may have to uninstall my pc email for good so this does not happen again. my appologies to all you that have been affected.

for those of you out there looking to buy a new pc, take your time and look into getting a mac. i have a desktop pc and a macbook, the mac way out performs the pc, i don't think i have ever had to restart the mac due to failure. if you want to buy a second hand pc let me know, i'll sell you mine for cheap!!

kerri + sean = the slideshow 'FINALLY'

hello everyone,

kerri & sean's wedding was last weekend at it was so awesome being around my fellow newfoundlanders and labradorians. kerri is from labrador city, just a few hour drive from my hometown of goose bay. the first time i met kerri and sean, i remember saying to myself, 'this girl must be from the east coast' and then she told me that she was from labrador city i instantly felt that i knew her, everything seemed familar. i don't know how many of you have ever experienced newfoundland & labrador hospitality but its the best and everyone makes you feel at home and after a few minutes of hanging out in the kitchen you become part of the family.

wedding details:
-the ceremony took place at the First Unitarian Congregation here in ottawa.
-the reception was held at the courtyard restaurant in the byward market 'the lamb was awesome!!'.
