amanda + chris = lifestyle shoot

hello all,

i had another great lifestyle shoot with amanda + chris. i have been calling my engagement shoots lifestyle shoots because i want to offer these sessions to not only engaged couples but couples who have been already married or couples that want nice photos together.

we had a lot of fun cruising the market looking for cool alleys and nice architecture. i want to apologize to amanda for all the golf talk. chris we have to get out for a round soon!!

karine + denis = the wedding slideshow

i spent another great saturday photographing karine & denis's wedding yesterday at the chateau cartier in alymer quebec.

it was so much fun to be apart of this wedding, both familes were so nice and you can see how pround they were to see their son & daughter being married. it was a treat to be able to witness such a day.

hello all,

sorry for disappearing but its been crazy the last couple weeks, i had a wedding on 07.07.07 and we are getting ready to buy a new home with my own STUDIO!!! not until march 2008 though so i'll be updating the blog on the progress on the new home. we have to sell our current home as well, so i'll have a listing up the next few days so be sure to pass it along to your friends, its a great starter home!!

anyway, last night i shot alison + pat's engagement pictures, they are getting married 09.08.07 here in the beautiful city of ottawa. i know i say this with just about every post, but its so true and i totally mean it when i say that they are AWESOME!!!! a great looking couple, they look like banana republic models. we shot on location in the byward market which has lots of different places to shoot. we ran into some trouble early as one of my flip flop straps busted and i had to hop around on one foot to the nearest shoe store, which ended being a dollor store that sold crock nock-offs for a grand total of $7.25. anyway i bought some cool spiderman 3 crocks, that you'll see in the slideshow to come tomorrow night. until then please see my teaser images below. alison & pat made me look good, all i had to do was just push a little button on top of the camera.

thanks again guys for being so patient as i limped around on one foot, it was a great adventure and i cannot wait to do it again.

karine + denis = the engagement slideshow

its been a busy week and things are getting crazy!! tonight i met up with karine + denis to shoot their engagement. its was fun hanging out with them, it seems like i have known them for a long time, very fun and laid back. i am shootinf their wedding july 21st at the chateau cartier in alymer. i cannot wait!! anyway as always, click the button on the bottom left of the control bar to launch it and enjoy!!

baby gibson - 1.5 weeks

times does go by way too fast. it seems like yesterday alison and blaine called us to say they were expecting a baby, now they have this cute little boy with lots of hair named gibson. i took some maternity shots of alison a few months back, click here to see.

most of my friends are having babies, so every time we go visit them i bring along all of my camera gear to snap some shots of them. i'm sure we are going to have a great collection over the years. here are some shots from yesterday.

mel + pierre = wedding in sudbury

hello all,

this past weekend chantale, whistler and i drove up to sudbury to shoot mel + pierre's wedding. mel is chantale's cousin from the very big rivard family, sometimes its hard for me to remember everyone's name, so i apologise if i called somebody different, i'm getting better and better with each visit. it was a perfect day spent with great family and friends.

thank-you mel and pierre for trusting me with my choice of shooting locations, i hope you enjoy the photos.
