alison's maternity shoot

hello everyone,

this past sunday i did some maternity shots of the person who i thank most for getting me into photography, alison. i shot blaine and alison's wedding last august and they are expecting their first child in june. i'm going to be shooting a lot of pics in the future once this baby is ready to pop out, i offered alison my services in the delivery room to get some real good action shots, but we all decided that it might be best to wait until the baby makes it back home. they have just finished preparing the baby room and its just beautiful, i have spent many nights in this room after a many late night parties, i guess i'll have to make room for the little one from now on. please view pics below. after scroll back to here and WATCH SLIDESHOW.

hello everyone,

sorry its been such a long time between posts. i've been super busy.. this past weekend i was lucky enough to share a some great moments with a wonderful couple, dana & steve. the wedding has held at Blessed Sacrament Church in the Glebe in Ottawa, Ontario, one of the nicest churches i have ever been into. the reception was held at the beautiful Strathmere in North Gower, Ontario. all wedding couples looking for a place to get married or have a reception, this place is awesome and the food is excellent, thanks guys. contact "lisa" a wedding planner at Strathmere for your wedding needs. anyway i have attached a few images from the wedding, i'll have a slideshow up by tomorrow night so be sure to check back.

baby leah :)

i'm surrounded by babies!!

yesterday i was lucky enough to have the opportunity to take a few pictures of brian and jen's new baby leah. i work with brian at precidia technologies and i have met his wife jen during our annual christmas party. they are both very proud parents and i am glad they asked me to take some pics of their beautiful young daughter leah. check out the pics below, i have so much fun taking pictures of babies, i think they like it as well.

almost playoff time!!!

Hello all,

I love this time of year. Its getting warmer and I don't have to wear a jacket, I'm allowed to take my pedal bike out of the shed, and the playoff hockey season is just round the corner.

For all of you that do not know i am a hugh Ottawa Senators fan. I know that they have a bad reputation of choking in the playoffs but i really think they have the right team this year to go all the way. Ray Emery has been playing awesome all year, even while playing with a sore wrist most of the season. Martin Gerber has been great when called upon and i think ottawa's young group of forwards and defence have matured and ready to take it to the next level. I just hope the fans start believing and stop critizing the past playoff experiences, this is a new year and who cares if they don't make it to the cup final at least we have a chance year after year, we should be just lucky that we are not the Toronto Maple Leafs, failing to make the playoffs yet again.

Anyway, I'd like to hear what you guys think, check poll below.

baby eric @ 1 week!!

wow!! what a cutie. robin and chris, good friends of mine were gifted last monday with this beautiful baby boy named eric. i am going to be photographing him lots, so get used to seeing these cute chubby cheeks on my blog. check back in a couple days as i'll have a slideshow with all the images from the shoot. congrats to robin , chris and family. you all are so lucky to have him.
